About Swiss Ski School Davos
The Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Davos is one of Switzerland's most storied ski schools, operating continuously since 1932 from their base on the Promenade in Davos Dorf. With nearly a century of teaching experience, the school has introduced countless visitors to the slopes of the Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn, Pischa, and Madrisa ski areas that make up the Davos–Klosters region. Their team of certified Swiss Snowsports instructors delivers lessons in multiple languages to an international clientele.
The programme spans private and group lessons in alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, telemark, and freeride, for both adults and children. Young skiers can progress through the Swiss Snow League system — from Kids Village for absolute beginners through Blue, Red, and Black leagues for advancing juniors. The school also offers specialised accessible winter sports instruction and organises corporate team-building events and group outings on the mountain.
What makes the Swiss Ski School Davos exceptional is the depth of tradition combined with modern teaching methods. Their tagline, "Pure tradition since 1932," reflects a philosophy that values patience, safety, and the joy of skiing above all else. The school's location steps from the Parsennbahn cable car means lessons begin with minimal transit time, and their long-standing relationships with local hotels make booking and logistics seamless for visiting families.
