Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and EquipDash regarding your use of the website. The Subscription Agreement governs your use of the EquipDash platform and services. If there is any conflict between these terms and the Subscription Agreement, the Subscription Agreement shall control with respect to platform usage.
