About TreeTop Challenge
TreeTop Challenge operates Australia's largest zipline and high ropes adventure parks, with its flagship location perched high above the rainforest canopy on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland. The park features the Canyon Flyer — the country's longest, fastest, and highest guided zipline tour — soaring over Cedar Creek Gorge at speeds of up to 70 km/h. Since opening, TreeTop Challenge has become one of the Gold Coast's most popular adventure attractions for visitors of all ages.
The Tamborine Mountain park boasts over 120 individual treetop activities across multiple courses graded by difficulty, from beginner-friendly family routes to extreme challenges that test even seasoned adventurers. In addition to the Canyon Flyer zipline tour, guests can tackle high ropes courses featuring swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, and Tarzan swings, all harnessed safely above the rainforest floor. TreeTop Challenge also operates a second park at Currumbin on the southern Gold Coast, giving visitors multiple locations to choose from.
What sets TreeTop Challenge apart is the sheer scale and variety of experiences packed into a single venue. The combination of world-class ziplines and one of the largest high ropes courses in the Southern Hemisphere means families, school groups, and corporate teams can spend an entire day pushing their limits. The stunning hinterland rainforest setting — a world away from the beaches below — adds a sense of genuine wilderness adventure that few Gold Coast attractions can match.
