South Beach Divers is Miami Beach's original full-service dive shop and PADI 5-Star Dive Center, operating from their retail store and dive charter dock on Washington Avenue since the early 2000s. They are one of the few dive operations in the greater Miami area that runs their own boats directly to the reefs, wrecks, and drift-dive sites off the coast of Miami Beach, eliminating the need to drive to Key Largo or Fort Lauderdale for quality diving. The dive program includes daily two-tank boat dives to sites ranging from shallow coral ledges ideal for newly certified divers to deep wrecks and artificial reefs that attract advanced divers seeking grouper, barracuda, nurse sharks, and sea turtles.
