About GoSnow Niseko
GoSnow Niseko is the official international snowsports school of the Grand Hirafu ski area, operating from a prime location at the base of the Hirafu King Gondola. Founded as Gondola Snowsports, the school has grown into one of Niseko's most trusted lesson providers, employing instructors from around the world who bring diverse teaching styles and multilingual capability to the slopes of Hokkaido.
Their programme covers private and group lessons for adults and children across all ability levels, from first-timers to advanced skiers and snowboarders looking to tackle Niseko's legendary powder terrain. Private lessons run from late November through mid-April, while group programmes operate from December to early April, with half-day and full-day formats available. A second location at AYA Niseko Hotel near the Family Pair Lift provides convenient access for families staying in the lower village.
What sets GoSnow apart is its focus on small group sizes and personalised instruction, ensuring every guest gets meaningful feedback and rapid progression. The school's gondola-base position means students start each session at the heart of the action, with immediate access to Hirafu's extensive trail network and some of the most consistent snowfall in Japan.
